IT/MIS Director/Mgr

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems
  • Ensure the streamlined operation of the IT Department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization
  • Plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT Unit
  • Work closely with decision makers in other sections to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization

Senior/Lead Application Developer (Web/Database)

  • BS or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems
  • Must be able to develop highly complex software programming applications and modify/maintain the existing software
  • Ability to work independently, yet as part of a team to meet business objectives
  • The developer will participate in a collaborative environment working with other team members in design and coding activities; he/she will also be expected to act as a technical resource for lower-level developers, and interface with non-technical members of the company
  • A Bachelor of Science in CS, MIS, IT, or equivalent job experience is required
  • A minimum of five years software engineering experience is preferred
  • Experience with the following is required: VisualBasic.Net, CSS, XML, DOM, DTD, XML Schema

  • Experience gathering requirements, analyzing and designing solutions and completing the development and deployment of applications using Microsoft .NET preferred
  • Demonstrates excellent communication /inter-personal skills
  • Experience with formal software development processes and methodologies

  • Applications Developer qualifications
  • Proficiency working knowledge of MS SQL Server 2000 or higher
  • Candidates must have 1-3 years experience with web development languages, Including: Cold Fusion MX 6.0/7.0, CFC's, HTML/XHTML, CSS, Javascript, T-SQL, XML, etc
  • Working knowledge of relational database design, development & implementation is a must
  • Knowledge of IIS and MS SQL Server Enterprise Manager are also essential to this position
  • This job will require graphics experience, specifically Adobe Photoshop and Imageready. AJAX, Flash, Action Script, DHTML, Server & Network administration are all pluses

  • Experience in patch management, distributed environments and security procedures and policies

  • Four-year college degree in Human Resources or related field; MBA preferred or 6 or more years of business experience in strategic Human Resources for a service business with progressive responsibilities.
  • Develop, implement, and manage company policies and procedures
  • Advise management on personnel issues and company structure
  • Develop strategic planning initiatives for HR, recruiting, and payroll
  • Oversee business/HR responsibilities
  • Maintain company compliance with employment law across multiple locations
  • Partner effectively across the organization, including corporate sales, development, operations, technology, and finance
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail, tenacity, and a focus on results
  • Analyze program results using qualitative and quantitative techniques and popular tools
  • Education and Experience: Payroll, tax, and recruiting experience required
  • Direct experience in the legal field or information industry a plus
  • Strong knowledge of HR policy, procedures, coaching and strategic planning processes.
    Knowledge and Skills:
    Highly developed leadership and strategic thinking skills; Very strong analytical skills, enhanced with a level of curiosity that insures accurate and complete analysis;
    Proven ability to anticipate issues and plan strategies to address concerns before they arise; Proven project management experience; Ability to work within the organizational structure to acquire information and to implement strategy; Proven successful personnel management experience; Strong presentation and change management experience; Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
